We are a chemical manufacturer, many of our productions cannot be sent via Royal Mail, we use a specialist courier company. For this reason our delivery costs are a little higher than most internet retailers as we cannot hide the fact we make chemical cleaners and lubes.

Any order that we receive Monday to Thursday, before 11am, we will endeavour to send out that day, we cannot guarantee this as we are not always in the office due to bike events etc, but if there are any specific requests please don't hesitate to call or email us to ask ahead of time. Orders received on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following week. Delivery will be 3 to 5 working days.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders will only be despatched when all items come into stock. Delivery times quoted apply from when the items come into stock. A confirmation e-mail will be sent at point of despatch and you will be able to track your order on-line where applicable.
